Services:  A nonprofit program for 4th, 5th and 6th grade girls
The Fit Girls of Wilton, Maine’s mission is to promote a healthy and active lifestyle for young girls including regular exercise for the body, the mind and the heart . Empowering girls through fitness, reading good books and community service . The running and reading program takes place in the fall and in the spring. Fit Girls of Wilton, Maine is a Maine non-profit corporation and qualifies as a tax-exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501 (c)(3). The programs are funded through donations and there are no additional costs to the girls to participate.
Hours:  Fit Girls after school programs six weeks in fall and spring:
Mondays
3:00-4:30 pm
Cape Cod Hill School

Tuesdays
3:00-4:30 pm
Academy Hill School

Thursdays
3:00-4:30 pm
Cascade Brook School

In addition:
Run and Read into Summer
Summer Camp in July – Kineowatha Park and
Winter Fit Girls snow shoe program
Mondays in January and February - Cape Cod Hill School

Healthy Community Coalition

Founded in 1989, Healthy Community Coalition (HCC) is an affiliate of the Franklin Community Health Network with a mission of promoting health and well-being in Franklin County and neighboring towns, including Livermore Falls.
