Services:  DHHS is a state agency, which administers programs to supplement income and to protect the well-being of children, dependent adults, and the elderly.
Programs:
Division of Public Health Nursing,
Bureau of Family Independence,
Alternative Aid Assistance,
ASPIRE,
Food Stamps,
MaineCare (Medicaid),
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF),
Emergency Assistance,
and Parents as Scholars (PaS).

Founded in 1989, Healthy Community Coalition (HCC) is an affiliate of the Franklin Community Health Network with a mission of promoting health and well-being in Franklin County and neighboring towns, including Livermore Falls.
